Ultimate Boot CD v5.3.9 failed to boot on a Dell Precision 5540 in UEFI mode, with a Xeon E2276M (Coffee Lake).

tails-amd64-4.9.iso seems to not work with UEFI boot, additionally, I tried loading Manjaro with memboot and it seemed to freeze up. Works fine without memboot.
