RandomDotOrgSeedGenerator can throw NumberFormatException

Unchecked exceptions in RandomDotOrgSeedGenerator are not gracefully handled. Therefore DefaultSeedGenerator fails to fallback to the next option in the list. Issue originally raised here: https://github.com/dwdyer/watchmaker/issues/32
