> `state.checkpoints.dir` is the save path of checkpoint, but not restore configuration. 重试多次启停session和dinky ,还是一样。按道理任务里面配置了checkpoint的相关属性，即使flink-conf配置没有生效，也应该可以正常checkpoint才对。
