Custom fields can be searched through our query engine but has not be added to the issue search page. You can do this through the queries page though.

I don't see any sort of cascade delete setup for users but I will try it and see. It is by design that when deleting a project is also deletes...

Do you see having a separate set of defaults for issues from the mailboxreader or using the existing project defaults?

Log in and go directly to the admin page /Administration/Projects/ProjectList then select Generate custom field views

You can check the error log, or disable friendly errors in the web.config to reveal more of the error.

I don't think it would be very difficult but I think you would want a separate service, or instance of the mailbox reader configured for a global mailbox to work...

I think we would need the user id and the ticket id. I suppose to you could look up the user by the email id potentially but might make it...
