Cannot create new issue

When i click new issue in the main menu (logged in as admin) i get the following error

Application Error - /Issues/CreateIssue/1

An error has occured in processing your request.

Where can i view the log to see what is going on? Or are there known fixes for this? This is all the information i have so far.

You can check the error log, or disable friendly errors in the web.config to reveal more of the error.
