Problem still exists. Windows 10, ver. 1803 (build: 17134.766) GTX 1660, drivers up-to-date. Multi Theft Auto v1.5.7-release-20422. ![unknown](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/51768772/76656696-790f2680-6570-11ea-84e7-68d55b88e49e.png)

@patrikjuvonen Tested on nightly (Multi Theft Auto v1.5.9-release-21251 - but the version shouldn't matter, since it exists on stable as well) #1598 - [fixed build](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pun1AZwban0) & [nightly build](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vAMUaDXrHvY) #1594 -...

@patrikjuvonen i guess qaisjp [agreed upon making it false](https://github.com/multitheftauto/mtasa-blue/issues/1594#issuecomment-669576930) He also suggested it: ``` Vehicle-related movement states Note that getPedMoveState documents what happens when the player is in a vehicle:...

@jlillis It would affect only newly created (or modified) map resources. I'd say it is very unlikely to meet someone who uses MTA's built-in OOP. Just look through mtasa-resources codebase,...

It shorten lines, which in my opinion is better than having bunch of unused stuff, causing some lines to be hella longer.

Moved them to **play_config.lua**, and fixed one liner. Do you also need for playerSkins to not be one liner?

Done & waiting for further feedback.

@TheNormalnij, @jlillis updated, re-review please.

Player held weapons/custom created weapons shouldn't have collisions - at least not by default. If it would be added, it should be toggleable via function, and not being enforced.
