In Joomla 3.10.11 is the same 
It is not a good icon for unpublished content... it is too "negative", it makes the impression you should not touch the article any more...

Closing this in favor of using `media/system/css/joomla-fontawesome.css` in own templates, because that file includes the mapping of Joomla icons to Fontawesome.
@Arpit-24 can you review the comments on this PR?
