Good idea ! I may do it dynamically . For exemple, moving the cursor hover the line will display a popup with depth information.
I will make it dynamics by moving mouse cursor for the next release. Actually it's not pretty.
Did you try -X arguments with ssh : ssh -X user@server Otherwise, you can run fastqt as command line by using giving arguments. fastqt fileA.fastq fileB.fastq
So it's not a bug . It's same for all GUI application.
