VariantPluginWidget ideas

VariantPlugins are widget which get variant data from the selected one in the main view. List of plugin to do :

  • [x] Info variant widget ( display all fields avaible for one variant )
  • [ ] Web Page ( Display variant in an embedded web page like Ensembl , UCSC ...)
  • [ ] Draw dna sequence with the variant ( required hg19.fa and refGene )
