This code branch has been intentionally ignored by test coverage since it was created in https://github.com/aladdin-add/eslint/blob/6ae21a4bfe5a1566f787fbad798182a524b96d28/lib/cli-engine/file-enumerator.js#L139. I also do not know a good way to write a test for it....

While not super important, the XML wrapper that I generate around the tags should probably validate against the [schema](https://github.com/windyroad/JUnit-Schema/blob/master/JUnit.xsd).
