Adding Flash support with Ruffle. The installation process deduce the current date, with this, EmuDeck would be able to download the nightly version of Ruffle bin.

I'd fork and create a pull request, but I'm a bit busy at the moment, and I'm not sure if the project would prefer a different way of handling things...
