Adding Flash suport with Ruffle

Adding Flash support with Ruffle.

The installation process deduce the current date, with this, EmuDeck would be able to download the nightly version of Ruffle bin.

Is it correct that there is no config file for this emulator? No paths need to be set or anything?

I don't think so. Running ruffle with this scripts and the inputs profiles worked fine. In ruffle, I could not find many properties about where to save games and stuff.

If any config is required, just point the file I need to create and I will add to the PR
