Phoenix uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver notifications to the app when it's closed. It enables receiving payments even when the app is in the background, so it's pretty useful....

With v2.2.0 released on iOS and Android, Phoenix now rotates the on-chain address (see https://acinq.co/blog/phoenix-swaproot for details and more).
Where are you getting the sha256sum and the APK files from? They should be downloaded from this page only: https://github.com/ACINQ/phoenix/releases/tag/android-v2.0.11 I checked and the files are correct.
This error is returned by Phoenix when someone is trying to pay an invoice that has already been paid, or if the incoming amount is below the expected amount.
