I catch as many as 4 duplicates on towers I monitor (also on a statewide P25 system) - but never hear them more than once. I would also be interested...

I have this same issue with squelch on anolog VHF. Squelch opens fine, but then "sticks" open for a couple seconds resulting in each transmission ending in "mush."

This would be very handy - I have a huge list of radio ID's, but adding each one is quite time consuming.
