Since this PR is affecting the [anyStart customization](https://github.com/music-encoding/music-encoding/blob/develop/customizations/mei-all_anyStart.xml#L64), does it have to be adapted manually?

I'm with @riedde on this one and would propose to leave it open - at least for now
