Donkey Kong 64 won't create battery saves

Dk64 will not create battery saves. Hitting the save button in the pause menu will ring the "OK!" sound byte, but quitting to title screen from the games own pause...

What's the status on Google Cast implementation?

I checked the wiki and the implementation page hasn't been updated in two years, so I thought I'd ask.

AMD encoder sends audio but not video to Switch, app remains on purple IP address screen

CPU encoder works alright, although unusable for my purposes since I want to run an N64 emulator, and I guess running skynx with the CPU option at the same time...

I only want to uncap frame rate, not going to use any other features. Don't want to permanently bar myself from online features though
