From looking at the watchflakes reports above and [x-net-gotip](https://ci.chromium.org/p/golang/g/x-net-gotip/console), [x-net-go1.23](https://ci.chromium.org/p/golang/g/x-net-go1.23/console), [x-net-go1.22](https://ci.chromium.org/p/golang/g/x-net-go1.22/console) post-submit dashboards, this still seems to happen after golang/net@0d515a53 ([CL 586249](https://go.dev/cl/586249)), and only on the js/wasm port. CC @golang/js.
This sounds interesting, can you say more about how it would work? Would it only handle one level of pagination or are you thinking about multiple nested levels of pagination...

Closing this again since the original problem with write_go_bootstrap_tar failing with 404 is resolved, the only currently connected legacy plan9 builder (plan9-arm) is working okay with a go1.22.6 bootstrap, so...
Thanks for reporting. Are you able to also try with go1.23.0 and/or go1.22.6 and see if there's any noticeable difference?
