Tilda don't hide after something been typed in terminal

1. Open tilda (it doesn't matter which key use for it) 2. Type something 3. Hit key to hide tilda 4. Nothing. Tilda window is still showed. Only one thing...

"------" like notebook filename for non-English language

I try to make new notebook named in Russian and it get filename like "-------.md". This is very comfortless and I even can't change it.
