Bad practice imo. Use a separate UAC (e.g. uac_register.xml) to perform all the Registrations and then a UAS(e.g. uas_call.xml) to receive the call afterwards. Separation of concerns, modularity, reuse etc.

No registrations go out when I add the -rxsf scenario. Call/message count sits at 0. Assuming there is some problem in my scenario file, no error file was generated by...
