ok, so ssh login to leap 16.0 fails, I need to take a look at that..

this was previously reported as https://github.com/openSUSE/open-build-service/issues/17788 but it was closed as the error 500 is now fixed. but the timeouts still happen
the content of the response tab is "timed out".
libzypp clients will silently ignore failures on delta rpms and fall back to the full rpm. dunno about other clients though.
Personally I think 15 in max is far too many. remember that zypper would have to try all 15 of them before giving up. I'm not sure I understand the...
That's more of a question than an issue, isn't it? I think there is currently no support for that.. do you need it? What would be the use case?
