I have only seen this now. I just submitted a tiny PR which fixes this problem for me: https://github.com/bergercookie/taskw-ng/pull/1 for the quick fix, just locate `site-packages/taskw_ng/warrior.py` in your Python installation...
Just to add, I also tried `-f checkdatapresent` for the push, even after generating everything from scratch (including the local repo and the remote datastore folder), with the same result.
It is not clear to me wether this is the right solution. I would say that the parcellation does not support BigBrain space, since only some regions are available there....
Of course we could easily change the line, but then big brain will be considered to produce a representative parcellationmap, which it can't for the complete parcellation.
I am in favor of agreeing with you, but I have a feeling that there were downstream issues then (e.g. JBA supported by BigBrain). I think I remember something that...
Just to explain the original logic - there were different entry points for different scopes: - search any region known to siibra was dessigned as a class method `Parcellation.find_regions()`, searching...
Solidfy descriptive attributes of siibra concepts (i.e. atlas, parcellation, space, region, feature)
Are the suggestions above for the `name` attribute? I think we have to suggest the complete picture of all necessary attributes, building on the table from Dec 7 where we...
We need to specify what multi-region selection would mean at all. siibra-explorer today avoids any form of it to my knowledge. Siibra-python avoids it in general, e.g. I could not...
Dear Harry, thanks for getting in touch. the integration of new external resources is not yet a standardized procedure, but we are interesting in supporting such contributions. We are working...
Dear Harry, if you want to see two volumes superimposed in the viewer, it is not necessary to fuse the image volumes - siibra-explorer has the capabilities to do that....
