Confirming as working on RTX 4080. Seems like it's a per-card/driver isolated issue:

That guy was asking for Hostages AI too, and many other. My request features only the bots. Wouldn't mind the other menu options too, though.

@Egon-Spengler again, I'm asking about the bots. I don't want either the tutor messages or the hostages AI. The bots are already in the mp.dll, only that they are disabled....
@dagla & @konschta that would be up to the server adminstrator's decision. If players wouldn't like it, he could easily disable them.
@konschta you can filter them to not show you server with bots.
