annotations_enhanced.csv is in training_code/Dlung. Feature importance is calculated using scikit learn ExtraTreesRegressor.

I believe this file is created by concatenating the stage1 and stage2 label files. I may have done this manually. Try appending stage1_labels.csv and stage2_labels.csv

data generator failure

Hi! The "None" outputs are from the data generator. It prints None whenever it finishes regenerating the data. I could turn this off but it never hurt me so I...
