(feat) Adds string row-wise operations to RemoteLazyFrame

We are going to rewrite serialization classes with serde, until this is done, this PR is blocked as it involves lots of new such classes

I suggest we improve error reporting as Charles suggested

I believe the operation you're trying to perform does no really make sense: the aggregation step does not involve an aggregation function which means you get the list of values...

That said, we can probably improve error reporting.

"Could not run logical plan" error should not be Internal Server Error

Agreed we could use INVALID_ARGUMENT instead
