Ideally, sending `help` would return a list table akin to what ZNC's built-in modules provide. Sending `help ` or `command with incorrect arguments` would show a usage message.
It's an IRC protocol limitation. An IRC message can never contain newline, as newline is the terminator. New line, new message.
