I ran into this. I disagree that we should still mark the payment refunded. PayPal for example, after 90 days, you cannot refund the payment so we shouldn't assume the...

Noting that https://formidableforms.com/pricing/ appears to have a solution for this. I'm not sure if cart changes clear fields.
