Need to apply "fatpanel" theme to page for immediate changes

Where should I change the "NoPreview" theme to "FatPanel" in the code? I need to do change immediately after applying style & all.

All controls & menus in one tab

How should I bind all controls(styles) in one template? I don't want multiple tab system. I want only one tab with all features.
