Need to apply "fatpanel" theme to page for immediate changes

Where should I change the "NoPreview" theme to "FatPanel" in the code? I need to do change immediately after applying style & all.

I am not sure about implementation of Fat Panel with preview and there has been newer version for Fat Panel. It will be better to ask on fluid mailing list.
