This bug also renders AgenDAV useless with Baikal. The workaround at https://github.com/agendav/agendav/issues/191#issuecomment-270563580 fixes it.

Updated to Clementine 1.3.1-333-gf854bc5 - this is still not working.

I failed to RTFM. I upgraded to Clementine 1.3.1-333-gf854bc5 and can reproduce both behaviors. It takes a little longer, but the notification does eventually go stale and stop working.
