When you put Awake in this state, can you share the output of `powercfg /requests`?

Can reproduce this - thanks for the feedback. Investigating.
Found the issue. Should be covered in #34717. The app wrongly initialized with `--use-parent-pid`.
Closing this because this is covered by #34148 as the icon behaviors are not expected.
@seanmamasde can you tell me more about _how_ explorer crashed? Was it on boot, during some other app operation, or while you were changing specific PowerToys settings?
Do you see Awake in Task Manager, and if so, if you run `powercfg /requests` after, do you see `PowerToys.Awake.exe` in the list (you can share the output here)?
