Not a fix, but you can hit F5 to refresh Flow when you know an environment variable has changed.
It is a limitation of Windows. There is a plugin to allow this: https://github.com/AminSallah/Flow.Launcher.Plugin.WinHotkey but I beleive it requires Flow to have admin priveledges to run, which would mean every...
