Note that for _editing_ tags, this behaviour _is_ configuable but only for the _Title Case_ plugin (erm looks like I wrote that actually, but had forgotten), via _Allow ALL CAPS...
On investigation, we're still using the deprecated `1.2` scrobbling API not the 2.0 (as per the link). We should probably re-write for the new API first then include this
