what would you like to get, the pdf, the rm file, converted rm file? the zip is just the raw form that you can use as a backup, even reupload...

just wait a bit, it takes time to create the initial cache, your account has been migrated to the new api so you have to use 0.17
also, iirc the highlighter is not yellow but some gray color, that got rendered transparent. the rgb patch was only about the pdf rendering
