Currently DBS is coded to fire only on Corp draws. It's a complex thing and I didn't see this interaction.

Note to self: This will only work when modifying clicks works like handsize or MU

Have you tried to uninstall ANR and reinstall it?

Try to uninstall, then go to OCTGN's game database (Under Document/OCTGN) and delete the directory from ANR. Maybe the old files are stuck there.
