check you have no background applications running in control panel.
seems to be a bug with canary Imo, although for sure it is an optimization mod.
can you put this on the readme?
is an issue with fabric and krypton not working well together, make sure to put a reference to this on fabric github.
this is not a krypton bug but forge/fabric or vanilla
