Moving to @tmeschter sounds good. I think we just need to know how to map the dev tunnels back to resources. cc @karolz-ms for his thoughts.
The dashboard shouldn't be doing this mapping, it should be the apphost.

nothing, there's no health state, it's null
Health state also shows up for finished resources 
This no longer works, and I'm not sure you can work around it without adding an endpoint to your application called http. This is a regression we should fix.
