Continuing to troubleshoot with Manifest.
Got script for Manifest. @victor-chaparro running into some issues still, but working through it.
@victor-chaparro set up a meeting to sync and get on the same page with Manifest. Every message we send to CA test environment it fails, but works on our side.
Need to start sending test messages to Utah from CVS.
Test messages sent. Waiting to hear back from Utah.
Need to ask CVS to resend messages with Patient last name saying "Test".
Adding [18072](https://app.zenhub.com/workspaces/reportstream-om-67feaaa15ecf34000f4cc206/issues/gh/cdcgov/prime-reportstream/18072) as a blocker since changes in 18072 will affect this ticket. @megreed1 FYI
Deprioritized. @wcutshall working with @the-andrew now on KT for shadow migrations.
