1. There's a find error when going to Opportunities tab with no opportunities 2. The web viewer widget is returning "Couldn't compile the Widget."

Add "On Hold" status for opportunities

karbon_kontroller refers to karbon_reports but it's not included in the default distribution

Please add a graph at the top of the opportunity list view that shows a total summary of projected revenue for each status (e.g., Proposal Sent, In Process).

If I have a dark theme set with fmSyntaxColorizer it causes PseudoCode to be unreadable.  Changing the Expression field to black won't immediately solve the problem since the formatting...
