Good news: The font colour problems seem to be caused by the embedded Portal as well. With no Portal viewers embedded, the colours are ok.

Trying this occasionally, it seems this behavior does not always appear. Often, the page loads quickly with an empty browser cache.
The dark mode problem seems to be solved in version `"2-alpha76"` (relying on a temporary pre-release build of Portal). The keyboard problem remains for now.
They are skipped on the reading stage (calling `scicloj.clay.v2.read/->safe-notes`).
This will probably be fixed by #61 .
The problem is that Clay starts a `portal` session to receive its client-side code. That session should be stopped afterwards -- we will fix this in a future version. For...
