The clay doc loads slowly on empty browser cache

It is a long document with many JS dependencies, etc.

Probably, we should break it into a few chapter books.

Trying this occasionally, it seems this behavior does not always appear. Often, the page loads quickly with an empty browser cache.

I think this is resolved now that you split the documentation into chapters
