Moved the `prepare-e2e.sh` from `k8s/hack` to `k8s/test/hack`, the `Codacy Static Code Analysis` does't work as expected as I can't see any issues.

Agree +1. I'm using KFP v2, and it look like we can't add the `securityContext` to the IR YAML.
