We need to update the [pysal/logo](https://github.com/pysal/logo), generate a good `png` and favicon and replace those linked to in the `_config.yml` file of this project.

Thanks for pinning this. I think once we have an official 2.0 release, we'll have to go over all the notebooks of the federated packages and make sure they're fit...
The rendering issue is fixed now, so closing for the time being.
I have the same problem back again while building the new book...
