Customize look & feel of book

This is lower priority but important nevertheless. It involves replacing the Jupyter book logo for a PySAL one and other changes we'd like to make to the appearance of our book.

This is done in part on 07b2b41e5689cb01597d3f3890a871efa92a0407, but it'd be great to provide proper logos with transparent background, etc.

We need to update the pysal/logo, generate a good png and favicon and replace those linked to in the _config.yml file of this project.

The badges issue is fixed with 4ea8c1bead3f4dd0f84ff9f17911759a256f707c. It'd still be nice to think collectively what we'd like the landing page to have and what'd be the ideal content for the intro pages for each package. Currently we're reading in the README.md, but there are some issues with formatting, etc.
