Global custom plant attributes

Let users define global plant attributes in admin dashboard that are available to all plants. Add this to the admin section `attributes`.

Apostrophe in plant name / scientific name does cause syntax error using window.vue.showEditText(), thus the attribute cannot be edited furthermore. This needs to be fixed.
