Add path defaults to all commands

for ease of use, the default path would always be the root as defined by `Path.rootPath()`

the module.c file is a mess! help by extracting all test-related code to a separate file.

Add some sort of pub/sub mechanism to wrap `POLL` - waiting for some sort of "reactor" pattern or background tasks in Redis (maybe this should be a module).. right now...

while trying to compile and run this file independently for another project (timer DS research) I have encountered a small warning regarding sign status for bkt, this fixes this warning...

setup.py renames xflux64/32 whenever it runs

so the first time you run it it's ok, then it will forever fail for not finding the file.
