Fuzz testing only catches console.log in `setUp()` and in failing test functions, not passing functions

[BUG] aztec-up does not update version properly

Oh, I just noticed another thing. `aztec update` changed versions of modules in `package.json` to 2.1.2, even though I have `v3.0.0-devnet.3` installed.
