Adding the Vendor and ProductID of ELV ALC 8xxx

This device is a charger from ELV and identifies itself as 18ef:e030 dmesg: usb 3-2: New USB device found, idVendor=18ef, idProduct=e030 usb 3-2: New USB device strings: Mfr=1, Product=2, SerialNumber=3...

The range should be configurable and be able to set to higher values then just 50 meters. Our laser scanner does reach 250 meters for example. So I would suggest...

Using Postgresql lowdefy seems to just create new connections and never close idle ones.
