I can't use ros2_driver

Describe the Bug I'm getting an error on startup with the following command, what do I need to do before executing this command? ros2 run webots_ros2_driver driver

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Start the Webots R2023b program
  2. Set controller to <extern> mode
  3. Use the ros2 run webots_ros2_driver driver command
  4. See error
