I'm trying to submit conda-forge/staged-recipes#20396 which requires a python ".a" file, for example it's looking in the following location: $PREFIX/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libpython3.10.a Normally I think this would come from a OS package...
We'll need to try using the following package: libpython-static
