Allow usage of bindings/commands for event handlers.

I would also be interested in having event handlers binding supported in Avalonia. Even if not totally MVVM friendly, it would allow more code to bemoved away from the code...

Interested as well in eventual workarounds for .NET 7. My customer don't have access to the source codes, as this is in NuGet packages that they are importing.
